Description of Presentation: Dare to Lead™ is designed to help individuals and teams develop courage-building skills and move from armored leadership to daring leadership. Created by Dr. Brené Brown, a research professor at the University of Houston, the Dare to Lead™ program is based on Dr. Brown’s most significant finding from her research: That courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable and obtainable.
