SELF-AWARENESS & THE ART OF BEING ATTUNED TO YOURSELF:
The nexus between self-awareness and great leadership
Society’s idea of great leaders are people that are self-assured and confident, and never second guess themselves. But the truth is that most outstanding leaders understand their blind spots and weaknesses and learn over time how to mitigate these issues. They clearly know they do not have all the answers and therefore know when to lean on others. Self-awareness is therefore a critical characteristic of great leaders. In this workshop we discuss the nexus between self-awareness and great leadership and explore the development and implementation of 360 degrees feedback for busy project management professionals.
