History & Service Area
Chartered in July 1996, the PMI South Carolina Midlands Chapter now serves a membership of over 500 professionals, representing approximately forty businesses and industries, including insurance services, engineering, financial, manufacturing, telecommunications, public utilities, higher education institutions, as well as state and local governments.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for professional development, affiliation, and project management networking through various means, including training, social events, corporate engagement, and chapter meetings.
We seek to continuously grow our membership, establish partnerships with public and private companies, and other professional organizations. We also endeavor to provide our members with opportunities to practice any of the many roles involved in projects.
