In this webinar, we will understand why people resist change and how important it is to become strong and effective change champions. We will also discuss the importance of the Change Management Plan in assisting in the fulfillment of change benefits. Lastly, we will emphasize the need for change sustainment and reinforcement for long-lasting success.
