Description of Presentation: In times of change, the innovations necessary to facilitate new ideas can wreak havoc on project scope, schedule and budget. As PM professionals, we have tools and techniques at our disposal to adjust, amend and create space to control change. But, as PM’s who lead teams, we must also consider the people in the midst of those changes. What can we do to positively influence the attitudes of the people we lead on projects?
