Courageous Leadership in Today’s World

Description of Presentation: Dare to Lead™ is designed to help individuals and teams develop courage-building skills and move from armored leadership to daring leadership. Created by Dr. Brené Brown, a research professor at the University of Houston, the Dare to Lead™ program is based on Dr. Brown’s most significant finding from her research: That courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable and obtainable.

Learning Objective: Christy Erbeck, a Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator, will share the four skill sets of courage—Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Our Values, Braving Trust and Learning to Rise—and some techniques you can use to immediately apply these skill sets to your work and life.
