This presentation will give you the Cliff's Notes version of the book to help you enhance your leadership skills. In his highly acclaimed composition, Covey presents a practical and well-defined worldview of integrity and how to use it to get effective results.

Covey likens trust to an equity fund; the bigger and better it gets, the more it allows you to do awesome stuff. You can survive where others fail, and over time you can dominate. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of time to build, and there's no way to rush it. At the same time, you can destroy it very quickly.
