By popular demand from our membership, the PMI South Carolina Midlands Chapter has committed to providing its membership with *** Free *** monthly, evening networking events in downtown Columbia, starting September 2019.  These events will occur the 2nd Thursday of each month, 5:30pm – 7:30pm, and will include beverages, food, one hour of training, and one hour of networking.

PARKING/DIRECTIONS:
Recommended parking near Jason’s Deli, or behind the “ALoft” hotel between Washington and Lady Streets, or at the intersection of Lincoln and Gervais Streets in the Vista area. The event location is in the building on the 2nd floor above Jason’s Deli with the entry door in the alleyway on the left side of Jason’s Deli.

DURING THE PRESENTATION:
Kenneth Zenauskas, of BusinessPMO, has developed and fine-tuned his own custom hybrid methodology that helps break down and manage highly complex projects of all sizes. Using a recent large, complex project, as a case study with real world application of the concepts being presented, Project Manager and other team members, will learn how to simplify any project and control scope creep along the way.

Kenneth Zenauskas is a Sr. Project Manager with a Software Engineering background and serves as the Vice President of Operations for BusinessPMO in Columbia, SC. He has coached and mentored Project Managers, Software Engineers, and many others in the Information Technology field on both Project Management and Software Design principles for large complex projects. As a founding Partner of BusinessPMO, Mr. Zenauskas has worked with clients such as the FBI’s Medicare Fraud Unit, Caterpillar, CIGNA, Boeing and most recently works with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Agency to design and manage many Information Technology projects. One of his most exciting recent projects was to get the first Boeing 787 Dreamliner off the ground. Over the past 15+ years, Mr. Zenauskas has developed and fine-tuned his own custom hybrid methodology that helps break down and manage highly complex projects of all sizes. His goals are to share this proven methodology, which he believes can impact the future of the Project Management Profession and support the PMI South Carolina Midlands Chapter with free monthly networking and training sessions every 2nd Thursday of the month.
