In this presentation, we will explore how blockchain technology is enabling the advancement of ethical supply chain management.

Key Takeaways:

  • Enable Ethical Supply Chains: Understand how blockchain enables robust traceability, sustainability monitoring, and fair labor verification—positioning project managers to champion ethical business practices.
  • Boost Operational Efficiency: Discover ways blockchain reduces manual workloads and automates compliance through smart contracts, improving project workflows and freeing up valuable resources.
  • Overcome Implementation Challenges: Learn proven strategies for stakeholder collaboration, tackling legacy integration, investing in training, and ensuring interoperability for successful blockchain adoption.

Join us as Ken unlocks the transformative potential of blockchain for ethical supply chain management from a project management perspective.
