In 2021, PMI partnered with PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) to survey over 4000 people involved in leading or facilitating the delivery of projects, programs, and portfolios. This study also identified a “Top 10%” of organizations that produced insights into a PMO maturity index. In this webinar, we will focus on the five themes comprising the maturity index and explain each. We’ll also examine a few other elements of the report. Finally, we will review ways that PMOs can take action on the five maturity themes to continuously improve and increase their value to their customers.
Learning Objectives
- Understand how to review the PMI report.
- Learn the five themes of PMO maturity.
- Understand how to improve across the five themes.
