By popular demand from our membership, the PMI South Carolina Midlands Chapter has committed to providing its membership with *** Free *** monthly, evening networking events in downtown Columbia.  These events will occur the 2nd Thursday of each month, 5:30pm – 7:30pm, and will include beverages, food, one hour of training, and one hour of networking.

PARKING/DIRECTIONS:
Recommended parking near Jason’s Deli, or behind the “ALoft” hotel between Washington and Lady Streets, or at the intersection of Lincoln and Gervais Streets in the Vista area. The event location is in the building on the 2nd floor above Jason’s Deli with the entry door in the alleyway on the left side of Jason’s Deli.

DURING THE PRESENTATION:
Kenneth Zenauskas, of BusinessPMO, will share his insights on how to structure and lead a team through the completion of a "Work Package" within a project. Using a recent large, complex project, as a case study with real world application of the concepts being presented, Project Manager and other team members, will study the anatomy of a work package and review how this can be used with any project management methodology.

Kenneth “Kenny-Z” Zenauskas, BS

Vice President of Operations, BusinessPMO, Columbia, SC

Kenneth Zenauskas is a Sr. Project Manager with a Software Engineering background and serves as the Vice President of Operations for BusinessPMO in Columbia, SC. He has coached and mentored Project Managers, Software Engineers, and many others in the Information Technology field on both Project Management and Software Design principles for large complex projects. As a founding Partner of BusinessPMO, Mr. Zenauskas has worked with clients such as the FBI’s Medicare Fraud Unit, Caterpillar, CIGNA, Boeing and most recently works with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Agency to design and manage many Information Technology projects. One of his most exciting recent projects was to get the first Boeing 787 Dreamliner off the ground.
